This Heavyweight 48/48/4 Poly/Cotton Lycra Blend Ribbing is ideal for Repairing or Making a New Garment when you need a Heavyweight Ribbing with great Stretch & Memory. This product is sold pre-cut 6" x 54" which is generally enough for a Waist Band & Cuffing. Once Folded you will have a 3" Cuff or Waistband.
